As an experienced family law practitioner, Linda Noeske’s goal is to provide efficient and cost effective legal services to her clients. She has received extensive training in both mediation and collaborative law. Linda is currently volunteering at San Mateo County Superior Court’s One-Day Divorce Program as a Judge Pro Tem. She has served as an volunteer mediator on the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Her goal is to resolve disputes and work toward settlement while zealously advocating her client’s interests. Linda was a founding member of the Peninsula Collaborative Family Law Group and a past member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
In order to assist potential clients, Linda offers an initial limited legal consultation at a low flat fee rate. She will meet with the client, go over the facts and legal issues and assist the client in arriving at an appropriate course of action which could include mediation, collaboration, voluntary settlement or litigation.
Linda strives to zealously represent her client’s interests while also recognizing that settlement and out-of-court resolutions may result in a better outcome for clients than expensive, time-consuming and stressful litigation. Her focus is on problem solving and resolution without sacrificing her clients’ stated interests.
